Service Description
Our 6-week women's boxing program will have you learning boxing fundamentals while getting a fun dynamic workouts. Each session combines technique training with high-energy exercises designed for all fitness levels. Join us to learn boxing fundamentals, build confidence, and experience the empowering impact of boxing on both body and mind. Required for program: - Boxing Gloves - Hand Wraps Don't have these items? No worries! We have gloves and hand wraps available for purchase at the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Small Group Program space is limited. Please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the course start date, if you can no longer participate in the program. This will allow us to to provide the open spot to those on the waitlist. Programs are not refundable. Should you need to cancel your program before the start date, a credit may be placed on your account and can be used towards a future service. Missed sessions are not refundable and will not be issued a credit.
